This website
I’m an independent designer and developer working under the name David Mizrahi in Québec, Canada. This is a static portfolio: it has no visitor accounts, contact forms, newsletter signup, checkout or database of visitor inquiries.
I do not add advertising trackers or tools to build visitor profiles. You do not need to provide me with personal information to browse the site.
Hosting and external content
I use Cloudflare to deliver and help protect this website. Like other hosting and security providers, Cloudflare may process technical request information, including IP addresses and security or traffic data. This does not mean I maintain a database of individual visitors. You can read Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Some portfolio images are loaded from Behance, and other visual assets may be served by external image providers. Viewing those images or following external links can involve technical requests to those providers. These services may process data outside Québec or Canada. I do not add advertising cookies; third-party security features may use their own technical mechanisms.
If you email me
If you choose to write to info@davidmros.com, I receive the address, message and any other details you decide to share. I use them to reply and, if relevant, discuss or carry out a project. Writing to me does not subscribe you to marketing.
Correspondence is handled by email providers and may remain in my mailbox or related project records; nothing is saved in a website inquiry database. Please do not email passwords or highly sensitive information.
How I handle messages and requests
I keep professional correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a project or meet applicable legal and accounting requirements, and review information that is no longer needed. Email providers may follow their own retention practices.
Subject to applicable law, you can request access to or correction of personal information I hold, or ask about deletion and raise a privacy concern. I may need to verify your identity or retain certain records when legally required.
